These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the "Mom" mobile application (the "App"), provided by REVSTREAM LLC (the "Provider", "we"). By using the App or purchasing a subscription you accept these Terms.
Mom is a self-improvement app for adults. It sends reminders, can restrict access to distracting apps on your own device (using Apple Screen Time with your permission), and offers a supportive chat and care features.
Paid features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions: Weekly, Monthly and Yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple ID settings.
The App also offers one-time consumable purchases ("five more minutes" reserves and "forgiveness" streak saves) via Apple In-App Purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase; the Provider does not receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. App blocking uses Apple Family Controls with individual authorization — you restrict your own device; this is not a parental-control service.
The App is not a medical, psychological or educational service. Its features are supportive only. The Provider is not liable for decisions you make based on the App.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
